My story

  In June 2011 I was diagnosed with stage 4 grade 4 cancer and feared that I could die, as you might imagine stress and anxiety for me and my family was off the scale. As everyone else’s world seemed to continue as normal, my world had completely stopped. During that time I couldn’t and indeed wouldn’t look any further forward than my next hospital appointment. Once all the treatment was complete and I had beaten this disease, the anxiety that it may come back started to bite on a daily basis.

However just when I thought i was recovering well and trying to cope with the anxiety, in April 2012 I received the news from my employer that I was to be made redundant and lost a job that I
loved and worked hard to maintain during my illness. I had already used my savings to pay the day to day bills, including the mortgage while I was off work as I did not qualify for any financial support and was really anxious as to how we would manage this time.

I was determined to put an end to this debilitating stress and anxiety once and for all and started looking at various techniques that would help me cope with it on a day to day basis, however i
didn’t want to take any pills to resolve it, as I was a truck driver at the time and feared the pills would impair my judgement.

 

So I tried what I thought was everything including reading books, meditation, breathing exercises along with other self help techniques and solutions. Just when I thought there was nothing I could do that would work, I came across this relatively new understanding which was discovered by a Scottish welder named Sydney Banks and is growing momentum right across the world helping people to rid themselves of high levels of stress and anxiety. I was a little unsure at first as to whether just having a few conversations would make any difference to the stress and anxiety I was feeling but as soon as I had the first chat I immediately started to feel a difference, I didn’t know what was different I just knew
something was by the time I had gotten through the 8 week program my levels of stress and anxiety had went from a 8 or 9 out of 10 down to a 1 or 2.

I now live the calmest most stress free life I have ever known, I live in a constant state of peace in my head and I live life to the full.  I loved it so much I wanted to help others who live in a feeling of stress and anxiety to get the same help as I did and to be able to reduce the levels of anxiety the way i did, so I decided to go deep into mastering this knowledge and have spent the last few years learning how to share it with as many stressed and anxious people as I can.I feel it is my duty to share this new understanding with as many people who like I was are living with high levels of stress and anxiety because I know first hand how emotionally painful that can be.
